	MarketGuide is a place where you can find a list of vendors that can help you with hosting a party/event.
	What is a Public Event?
	It is an event created by a suswagat member on Suswagat.com. Suswagat member who may also be that particular public event organizer but not limited to.
	What is a Featured Event?
	A Featured Event is an event for which you pay a fee to advertise your event which is showcased as a premier event on this site. If you want your event to be a Featured Event, please contact Suswagat Team at events@suswagat.com or info@suswagat.com .
	Do I need to be a member of Suswagat to Post a Public Event?
	Yes. To keep a safe and secure site, only a Suswagat member can post.
	Is there a fee for posting a Public Event?
	No. There is no fee for posting a public event.
	How can I create a Public Event?
	Click on Public Events from home page, and then click on Post an Event and fill in the details.
	What are Upcoming Events?
	These are Public Events posted by Suswagat members that are currently scheduled.
	Can I upload Videos taken at a Public Event?
	Yes. Click on the Public event you created or attended, and it will take you to the event details. Click on the "Upload Video" button. You need to be a Suswagat member to post Videos. Upto a 5 minute video clip can be posted. If you have longer than 5 minute video, divide it into several 5 minute videos and upload each video one at a time.
	Can I upload photos taken at a Public Event?
	Yes. Click on the Public event you created or attended, and it will take you to the event details. Click on the "Upload Photo" button. You need to be a Suswagat member to upload photos.
	Can I upload photos or videos while an event is in progress?
	Yes you can.
	Can I upload photos or videos for a past event?
	Yes you can.
	What are Photo/Video tags?
	When you upload a photo or a video, a tag is created. The last few most popular tags are displayed.
	Can I search for an event, photo or a video?
	Yes. You can search for a photo, video or an event. Try it.
	Do I need to be a member to view a public event, photo or a video ?
	Absolutely not. You do not need to be Suswagat member to view a public event, photo or a video.
	How do I create a Personal Event?
	It is simple. Create an account on Suswagat, and login. Once you login, you can click on Personal Events tab - > Event Categories and navigate to the right invitation. For example, to invite your friends and family for a Birthday, click on Event Categories->Life Events, and choose a Birthday invitation.
	Can I share a video without a personal event?
	Yes you can. We just added a feature to allow you to share a video with the rest of the world. You can upload a video of length upto 5 minutes for free. Please follow guidelines to upload a video.
	How do I sign up as an Event Manager?
	First become a Suswagat member. Then go to Market Guide and click on "Register as a Vendor". Fill up this form, and pick "Event manager" as the vendor category. Suswagat team will contact you to complete the Event Manager activation process.
	How do I edit a Public Event?
	Login and then go to My Public Events. Check the box next to your event. Then click on the notepad icon to edit the event. Make your changes and hit Submit.
	Is it safe to make ticket payments online?
	Suswagat.com integrated with 3D-Secure ICICI-MIGS payment gateway and Pay by Mobile with mChek. Yes, your transactions are secure. You can safely use Foreign, (such as U.S.) Visa/ MasterCard Credit cards or Indian Visa/MasterCard Credit cards and some Debit cards. See the FAQ on which Debit Cards are accepted. If your Credit Card is issued by an Indian Bank, please make sure your card is enrolled as 3D-Secure. You can follow this link: 3DSecure If your Credit Card is issued by a Foreign Bank (example, a U.S. bank issued your card), you may be automatically directed to enter 3D-Secure card information by your bank (Verified by Visa for example) when you attempt to Book Tickets online. You can also use Indian Visa Debit cards with ICICI-MIGS payment method. The Pay by mobile mChek's payment method accepts Indian Credit/Debit Cards only at this time.
	Which Debit Cards can I use to Book Tickets?
	As of now, you can use Indian Visa/Mastercard Debit Cards issued by the following banks only: HDFC, Axis, Indian Overseas Bank (IOB), Karur Vysya, State Bank of India (SBI), Deutsche, Corp Bank
